Bryan Adams is all heated up about Canada and he is putting it all into a new album. Adams is the one the many artists who is venturing into country, the genre he has completely avoided along his career. The track list is already published on his web page and the first single ‘The ballad of Terry Fox ‘ is released on digital platforms, including an official video on YouTube.
Bryan Adams is performing at the Lanxess Arena on October 3, 2026. Will he drop a new song from the new album in his setlist?

“The idea was simply to make a record about Canada,” says Adams. “It started with writing the song for the documentary Canada’s Wild Eastern Edge and after doing so much research, I was inspired to start writing more songs about Canada. Musically it took me somewhere a little different too, which made the whole thing exciting.”
Drawing on country, folk and rock, the album explores a distinctly Canadian musical landscape – at once expansive and intimate, cinematic and personal.
The album features 12 songs and will be released across CD, Standard Black LP, Red and White Splatter LP with the LP housed in a gatefold sleeve with printed inner sleeves and obi.
A special A4 hardback book edition will also be available, featuring the album on CD, song lyrics and images connected to the stories and subjects explored across the record.
