Special Guest DREAMBOYS THE BAND
The event has been moved from Palladium to Live music Hall.

Some careers seem like carefully planned projects—while others are shaped by an almost mythical stroke of serendipity. For Picture This, it all began with a shaky iPhone video filmed in Athy, Ireland—a place the band members retrospectively describe as a “grey limbo filled with eccentric characters.” Ryan Hennessy—at the time more of a footballer than a musician—sang an original song into his phone’s camera. “Take My Hand” became an overnight viral sensation, launching one of the most remarkable Irish pop careers of the past decade.
Drummer Jimmy Rainsford, burnt out from touring and back living at his parents’ home, recognized a rare, raw talent in Hennessy’s voice. A phone call followed, then initial recording sessions, and finally, Owen Cardiff and Cliff Deane joined the fold. What started in rural Athy rapidly expanded far beyond national borders: number-one albums, sold-out arenas, and anthemic songs that blend intimate emotions with stadium-sized power. Despite their pop appeal, their music remains infused with the emotional directness that defines so many Irish artists—the courage to speak of pain and hope without a filter.
This sensitivity is evident in their new single, “Yours Forever,” released on October 10th. It is a breakup ballad that captures that quiet, almost awkward moment of realization: the other person has long since moved on, yet your own heart is helplessly lagging behind. “Know you’re no longer mine / But I’ll be yours forever”—this is not a melodramatic vow, but the admission of a feeling that lingers, no matter how hard you fight against it.
Yet, it is in their live performances that Picture This become truly unstoppable. After more than 30 summer shows across Europe, an Australian tour, and—most recently—45,000 tickets sold in under an hour for their Christmas concerts in Belfast and Dublin, one thing is certain: this band has made the leap from intimate mobile-phone recordings to a massive pop-rock explosion. Their shows are akin to acts of collective liberation, driven by Hennessy’s crystalline voice, Rainsford’s unwavering momentum, and the unfiltered energy of a band that knows exactly what it can mean to people.
